The petitioners are working with respondent as Dhobi/Cook. They are claiming that prior to 01.01.2006, they were getting pay band and grade pay Rs.2650-65-3300-EB-70-4000. They are entitled to revised pay band and grade pay Rs.4440+7440+1650. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that respondent was initially disputing claim of petitioners, however, affidavit dated 17.11.2022 particularly Annexure R-5 vindicates stand of the petitioner. 4.
