(ORAL) 1 The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.58, dated 10.4.2025 under Sections 125, 324(4), 326(f), 326(g), 351(3), 61(2) of BNS registered at Police Station Sector 34, Chandigarh. 2. This Court vide order dated 3.6.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 3.6.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel on instructions from the concerned investigating officer does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5.
