JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents. 2. The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.01.2025 given by the petitioner seeking change of revenue entries in the RTC based on a Sale Deed of the year 1946. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader has rightly pointed out that the petitioners have not made the present Khatedars as party-respondents to these proceedings. 4. In the considered opinion of this Court, such directions cannot be issued to the Tahasildar. On the other hand, the petitioners may approach the competent authority, whether it is Tahasildar or Assistant Commissioner by filing duly constituted petition or appeal under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the Karnataka Land - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33979 WP No. 4184 of 2025 Reforms Act. If such petition or appeal is filed, the competent authority shall issue notice to the present Khatedars and all concerned and thereafter decide the matter, in accordance with law.
