(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 20.5.2025, issued under the signature of Additional Director, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, this court finds merit in the submission of learned Deputy Advocate General. In compliance of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, benefit of approved military service to the ex-servicemen towards fixation 2 of pay from the time of their joining the civil employment ignoring amendment carried out in provision of Rule 5 (1) of the 1972 rules has been granted to all the petitioners. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, same is disposed of.
