The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent to count their service they rendered prior to date of regularization and extend them benefits as per judgment dated 31.08.2010 of this Court in Harbans Lal vs. State of Punjab and others, CWP-2371-2010. 2. Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana at the outset submits that pursuant to directions of this Court the petitioners were regularized in 2016 as per policy of 1999 because petitioners were working since 1992. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that issue involved in the instant petition stands squarely covered by judgment dated 26.07.2024 of this Court in State of Haryana and others vs. Jai Bhagwan, LPA-1892-2019. 4. The petition stands disposed of in terms of judgment dated 26.07.2024 passed by this Court in Jai Bhagwan (Supra).
