Act, Police Station Sarai Mamrej, District Ganganagar (Commissionarate Prayagraj). 3. Upon being informed that investigation has been concluded and charge sheet has been forwarded by the police in the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under law. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
