By the present application the Applicants prayed for setting aside the order dated 26.11.2024 passed by this Court and for restoration of Criminal Application No.4012/2023 to its original stage. 2. Needless to say that vide order dated 26.11.2024 the Criminal Application No.4012/2023 was dismissed for non removal of office objections within the stipulated period. Therefore, considering the grounds set out in para nos.4 and 5 of the present application, the Criminal Application No.4012/2023 is hereby restored. The impugned order dated 26.11.2024 is hereby quashed and set aside, subject to payment of cost of Rupees One Thousand payable on the account of Creche / Day Care Centre, Advocate’s 2025:BHC-AUG:3638 ( 2 ) 10 cr iapln 239.25 Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of three days from today and the Applicants shall remove all the office objections on or before 24.02.2025. 3. It is made clear that, if the Applicants fail to remove the office objections within the stipulated period, the order dated 26.11.2024 would be restored. 4.
