No.100 of 2020. The same was confirmed by the learned District Judge, Shrigonda by order dated 29.06.2022 in Misc. Civil Appeal No.07 of 2022. 3. I have gone through the orders passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court. Since both Courts have concurrently held against the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, as the suit is of the year 2020, it is desirable to direct the Trial Court to decide the suit within a period of one year from today. 4. In view thereof, the petition is dismissed.
