The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A. Kindly direct the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Chandausi, District Sambhal to hear and decide the Suit No. 27 of 2017 (Yogendra Kumar and another Versus Saraju Singh and others), pending before the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Chandausi, District Sambhal, expeditiously, within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 2. From perusal of the record, it appears that the aforementioned suit is pending before learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Chandausi, District Sambhal for adjudication. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Chandausi, District Sambhal to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
