(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 20.11.2013 (Annexure P-10) passed by the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Jind whereby the technical pay scale w.e.f. 01.02.1981, which was granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 31.11.2012 (Annexure P-8), has been rejected/withdrawn without assigning any valid reason. After arguing at some length, learned arguing counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance(s), the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-17) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. She contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.4- The General Manager, Haryana Roadways Depot, Jind is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-17) submitted by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and prays for some time to complete instructions and file response, if necessary. He, however, does not have any objection to the above request. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, by directing respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-17) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months of the receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to mention that if upon considering the said representation, any monetary benefit is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be disbursed in his favour within a further period of two months.
