When this Court inquired about the stage of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to satisfy this Court. 3. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed. 4. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Araria will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. The interim order dated 11.12.2025 granted to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 83943 of 2025(6) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 petitioner is hereby vacated. 6.
