WP(C)No.14057 of 2025 3 2025:KER:29412 JUDGMENT The petitioner, who was working as a conductor in the respondent corporation, suffered an accident on 22.11.2020. In compliance of the judgment dated 22.12.2022, W.P.(C) No.41455/2022 filed by the petitioner, the petitioner’s category from conductor was changed to Guard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has suffered a stroke, and he is unable to do the night duty. Therefore, he had filed the application before the Chairman cum Managing Director in Ext.P4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court directs the Chairman cum Managing Director of the KSRTC to consider the representation of the petitioner in Ext.P4 and take a necessary decision on the said representation. Smt. Vineetha Bose, learned counsel representing the KSRTC, submits that the petitioner’s representation shall be decided within a period of one month by the CMP of the KSRTC.
