The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nawalshahi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, arising out of Special POCSO Case No.02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69/65(1)/351(3)/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Koderma. The petitioner is alleged to have established forceful physical relationship with the informant, who is aged 16 years. It was submitted that marriage of the petitioner was fixed with the informant, but later on, the marriage could not be solemnized as such, this case was instituted. Considering the nature of allegation and fact that informant is a minor girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
