The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction quashing the Memorandum bearing Reference No.CSB/MESSO/ 1/8/ES/PF-HR/93/25-26/Mendi/237 dated: 25.09.2025 issued by the second respondent produced and marked as Annexure-C. (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction directing the Respondents to continue the services of the petitioner as Skilled Farm Worker (TS) till he - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47618 WP No. 33377 of 2025 attains the age of 60 years and to extend all the consequential benefits to meet the ends of justice. 3. Counsel for the respective parties jointly submits that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. Counsel, therefore, submits that the captioned Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 4. The captioned Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. 5. A Writ of Certiorari is ordered. The Memorandum dated 25.09.2025 vide Annexure-C is quashed. The respondents are directed to take back the petitioner to the duties. The petitioner is entitled to continue in employment - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47618 WP No. 33377 of 2025 under respondent - Board till he attains the age of superannuation of 60 years subject to all the Rules and Regulations applicable to the employment of the petitioner.
