The record reveals that the writ petition WP(C) No. 731/2025 was dismissed vide order dated 27th March, 2025 passed by this Court, with costs amounting to Rs. 5000/, to be payable and deposited by the petitioner before the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks. 2. As per the report of the Registry, the aforesaid order has not been complied with, within the stipulated period of time and, accordingly the instant application, diarized on the basis of note of the Registry, has come up for consideration before this Court, for seeking compliance of the aforesaid order to the extent of deposition of costs by the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to issue notice to the petitioners for complying with the aforesaid order within a period of two weeks from today.
