Petitioner above-named, who is in custody since 02.12.2022 has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Hazaribag Muffasil P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court thrice on merit. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is being renewed on the ground that the offence as alleged is triable by Magistrate and the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2022 and only one witness has been examined so far. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be an Income Tax Payee.
