The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 22.4.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.4991/2025 (KLR-RES). 2. In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to conduct hadbast and survey and to consider the representation of the complainants for conducting hadbast and survey. 3. Learned counsel for the accused submits that the relevant records are not available. Therefore, steps have been taken for reconstruction of the records. In the meanwhile, an endorsement to the said effect has been issued. 4. In view of the above, we are unable to accept that there is any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 5.
