The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kisko P.S. Case No. 19/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(4), 310(5) & 310(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Archana Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Lohardaga. 3. On 22.07.2024, Kisko police, on the basis of confidential information that 8-9 persons have assembled near dilapidated house situated near Dhurwa More, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended three persons including this petitioner. On search, a loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for seven months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Archana Kumari, learned J.M., 1st Class, Lohardaga or her successor in connection with Kisko P.S.
