Pursuant to the interim order granted earlier by this Court in respect of CID Page No.# 2/2 Cyber Police Station Case No. 01/2025, the petitioner Abhishek Kar has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been co-operating with the police investigation. 3. Since, the petitioner has been co-operating with the Police Investigating Officer, he does not deserved to be detained in custody. 4. His prayer for bail is allowed. 5. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Police Investigating Officer as and when called for. 6. The interim bail granted by this Court on 05.02.2025, is made absolute. 7.
