Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceedings be initiated against the respondent the order dated 14.1.2025 (Annexure P- Bench of this Court in CWP-7338-2015 State of Punjab and another ”, vide which the petition was disposed of with the direction to the respondents to “…consider and appoint the petitioner, subject to her merit position in selection, taking into account the experience certificate (Annexure P evidence of her employment as an English Teacher since 15.7.2002, treating her M.A. degree to have been awarded in 2001, rather than 2004/2006, where she improved her score.
