The following prayer has been made in the present petition: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to comply the order dated 19.04.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Phoolpur, Azamgarh to make measurement of land in question along with Revenue Team and Police." 2. The dispute is essentially between two sets of private individuals in relation to right, title and interest in immovable property, therefore, we are not inclined to examine the same in exercise of writ jurisdiction. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail civil remedy. 4.
