The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents-authorities to consider the representation dated 15.04.2025 (Annexure-D) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the representation dated 15.04.2025, seeking interest on the compensation from the date of actual possession was submitted, the respondents-authorities have failed to consider the same till date. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the decision of this Court in the case of SRI. B.N.NAVEEN Vs. UNION OF INDIA AND OTHERS1, wherein this Court had directed respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation and pass necessary orders. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and following the order passed in the case of SRI. B.N.NAVEEN (supra), this Court deems it just and appropriate to issue similar directions and accordingly, the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 (Annexure-D) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 8(eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
