ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue any writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly 4th and 6th respondents to complete investigation in F.I.R No. 311/2018 dated 15-12-2018 on the file of 6th respondent herein, and by arresting the accused i.e. respondents 7 and 8 against the all concerned according to law and be pleased to pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel representing Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana,
learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police completed investigation relating to Crime No.311 of 2018 and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Saluru, vide C.C.No.28 of 2019 and Accused No.1 was also arrested on 19.12.2018, and in that view of the matter writ become infructuous.
4. The writ petition was filed seeking direction to complete investigation in F.I.R.No.311 of 2018 on the file of the 6th respondent.
5. Now, in the light of submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the purpose of the writ is served and nothing remains in the writ petition.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
