The Petitioner challenges the impugned order passed below Exhibit 5 by the CJJD, Jalna dated 24/11/2022 and confirmed by the Ad-Hoc District Judge, Jalna in M.C.A. No. 2/2023, dated 06/03/2023. 2. The injunction order directs not to obstruct the possession of the plaintiff over the suit property. The same is based on prima facie finding of possession in favour of the plaintiff. 3. Considering the finding of possession no case is made out for interference. Since the suit is pending from the year 2022 and the injunction is operating against the petitioner, the Trial Court 922 WP 13511.2025.odt 1 of 2 2025:BHC-AUG:31357 to endavour to decide the suit expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the written statements are filed so also evidence affidavits are also filed in the matter and the suit is simplictor for injunction. Considering the same, Trial Court may dispose the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year. 5. Writ Petition accordingly disposed off. (ARUN R.
