It is the further submission of the petitioner that he preferred a writ petition in W.P.No.6817 of 2024, wherein this Court has permitted the petitioner to pursue his father's appeal vide order dated 14.03.2024. In pursuance thereof the petitioner has given an explanation to the respondent on 23.10.2024, and ultimately, the authorities passed an order on 13.03.2025, setting aside the order of dismissal of the petitioner's father. However, it is the contention of the petitioner that inspite of passing such an order on 14.03.2025, his father's terminal benefits have not been settled. Hence, the petitioner is constrained to file the present writ petition. 4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that they will examine the matter and settle the terminal benefits, if any, within a reasonable time. 5.
