1. Present contempt petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for disobeying the order dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Division Bench of this Court.
2. Learned State counsel has submitted that in pursuance of the
order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, a speaking order dated 19.08.2025 has been passed, which is taken on record and has been marked as “Mark A”. A copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of, but liberty be NARESH KUMAR 2025.08.22 18:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document/judgement
