Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ravi Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 7 to 11 for the State. Pursuant to the order dated 09.07.2025, the corpus/petitioner No.1 has been produced by lady constable Swati Singh and SI Ram Kishun Verma. On the query being raised, the corpus revealed that she had left her matrimonial home due to atrocities caused by respondent No.7/her husband, Shivam Sharma. She has also revealed that she was staying with respondent No. 10, Raja Miya (Ahsaan Hussain), who had provided shelter to her for the time being. Corpus now is desirous to return to her matrimonial home and join her husband and minor child. Respondent No. 7, Shivam Sharma, shall ensure that no atrocities and harassment is caused to the corpus and shall pay proper attention for her survival. SHO concerned shall also ensure that a lady constable pays a regular visit to ensure that corpus is living with her child at her matrimonial home safely and securely. Respondent No. 10, Raja Miya (Ahsaan Hussain) who has been stated to be confined by the concerned police station be released immediately. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Respondent No. 10 and 11 are directed not to interfere in the marital life of the corpus and respondent No. 7.
