The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 438/2024 arising out of Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 88/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 816/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 307 & 394 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.- VI, Jamshedpur. 3. On 23.06.2024, the Informant was intercepted by four unknown persons near Mango Bus Stand. The accused persons looted cash and mobile phone from him. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused namely Akash Karmakar @ Akash Karmkar has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 10784/2024. 5. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that this petitioner has been identified in the T. I. parade and Chaper used in assault of the informant was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
