Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file representation to respondent No. 5, praying therein for his adjustment at some other station. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Learned counsel for respondent No. 5 is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer and fairly states that representation, if any, filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided sympathetically.

Consequently, in view of above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation to respondent No. 5 within a period of one week, which in turn shall be decided expeditiously, preferably, within a period of ten days. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall take sympathetic view.
