Dave appearing for the petitioner would candid his submissions, that the issue germane in the matter would stand cover against the petitioner as per the decision of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Maharashtra State Financial Corporation Ex-Employees Association and Others vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in (2023) 11 SCC 186, thereby petitioner does not wish to continue this matter and not to consume the time of this Court. 2. So, in view of the aforesaid, under the instruction of his client, learned counsel Mr. Dave requests this Court to allow the petitioner to withdraw the present petition. C/SCA/4358/2009 ORDER DATED: 26/11/2025 3. Per contra, Ms. Forum Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents-State as well as learned counsel Mr. R.D. Dave for the respondent No.3 have no objection so far as the aforesaid request of the petitioner is concerned. 4. In view of above, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this petition unconditionally. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule stands discharge. No order as to costs. 5. In view of disposal of main matter, no order is required to be passed in present Civil Application.
