The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner Page No.# 2/2 was granted interim bail by this Court on 07.02.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him by order dated 07.02.2025 is hereby made absolute. 4.
