This review application has been filed by the petitioner in relation to the order dated 30.04.2024 passed by this Court wherein, this Court while dismissing the special appeal, inter alia, observed that the Committee of the Management of the institution in existence on 11.04.2022 has been ordered to continue to function during pendency of the writ petition and admittedly, the elections were held on 11.04.2022 and the signatures of the Manager stood attested. 2. Submissions have been made that the aspect pertaining to the signatures of the Manager stood attested, as indicated by the Court, based on the observations made by learned Single Judge is factually incorrect. The signatures of the Manager were not attested till the time the order was passed by learned Single Judge or by this Court and, therefore, the order dated 30.04.2024 is required to be reviewed. 3. Counsel for the respondents is not in a position to dispute that the signatures of the Manager, in fact, were not attested on the date the order was passed by learned Single Judge and/or by the Division Bench on 30.04.2024. 4. In view of the above, there is error apparent on the face of record insofar as the order dated 30.04.2024 is concerned. Consequently, the review application is allowed. The order dated 30.04.2024 passed by this Court is recalled. Special Appeal No. 358 of 2024 is restored to its original number. The same may now be listed before the appropriate Bench on 27.05.2025 as fresh.
