(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.32 dated 06.06.2024 registered under Sections 447, 427, 379, 506, 34 IPC (Sections 380, 148 and 149 IPC added later on) and (Sections 37 and 34 IPC deleted later on) at Police Station Division D District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 05.08.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 05.08.2025 is made absolute.
