Learned AGA points out that the applicant is a fugitive from law. He has not appeared before the trial court despite issuance of summons and coercive measures were initiated against him by issuance of NBWs. The applicant is not entitled to anticipatory bail on account of his conduct. In view of the above the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
