The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranga P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Kamala Kumari, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Rajmahal. On 23.08.2024, Ranga Police apprehended the petitioner from a place near railway crossing at Tinpahar Road. On search, a country made pistol and live cartridge were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about six months. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Kamala Kumari, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Rajmahal, in connection with Ranga P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
