The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following substantial prayer:- (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Baghpat to decide the application dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition), within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3- Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Khekada to appoint another person for administration of the land bearing Khata No. 00029 khasra No. 60, area 6 Biswa, sitautated at Village Ahmadnagar, Tehsil and Police Station Khekda, District Baghpat in Case No. 01/2010-2011, (Computer Case No. T201011080230) Sanjay Vs. Aashe, Police Station Khekada (Ahmad Nagar) under Section 145/146 of Cr.P.C. 3. The reliefs prayed in the present writ petition cannot be granted, since the dispute arises out of proceeding under Section 145/146 Cr.P.C.. 4.
