The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 414/2023, for the offence registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On 18.12.2023 at about 6:15 P.M., the informant was going to Masjid Patti, Katras. When, he reached near Ladidumar over bridge, three unknown persons intercepted him and looted two lakhs rupees from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Katras P.S.
