The HON’BLE court may be pleased to allow the petition and may quash the impugned charge sheet dated 08/09/2024 in crime no.0289/2024 and all the consequential proceeding arising out of the same so for as it concern to petitioner. 2. At the time of hearing, this Court observed that the prayer made in the present petition is defective one as there is no mention of the offence and details of charge sheet. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty subject to depositing a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Mana Camp, District Raipur (C.G.). 6.
