JUSTICE K.S.MUDAGAL) By the order which was allegedly disobeyed, the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1091/2012 (S-DIS) had directed the present accused to consider the case of the complainant for compulsory retirement with consequential benefits. The said order was confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.8507/2020 on 03.06.2020. 2. The compliance affidavit along with the copy of cheque for Rs.39,000/- issued to the complainant are submitted. As per the said affidavit, an order of compulsory retirement with effect from 09.05.1991 is passed against the complainant and a sum of Rs.39,000/- which is inclusive of the interest due is paid to the complainant.
