[2.0] Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has approached respondent No.3- Crime Branch, Rajkot by way of written complaint (email) dated 04.08.2025, but nothing has been done. [3.0] In view of the above, it appears that without availing appropriate remedy under the provisions of the CrPC / BNSS, the petitioner has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. However, respondent No.3- Crime Branch (Economic O6ence), Rajkot, is directed to look into the complaint of the petitioner and intimate its outcome to the petitioner. If any adverse outcome is there, the petitioner is at liberty to 7le appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. With the above direction, Petition is disposed of.
