He further submits that the respondents have already issued a Government Order vide G.O.No.(Ms.).No.41 Human Resources Management (G) Department dated 04.08.2025 whereby the orders of the Hon'ble Court in C.P.No.1825 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2025, dated 21.07.2025 has been complied with by amending the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Appointment on Compassionate Grounds) Rules, 2023. 2.Learned Additional Advocate General further submits that a new Rule vide Rule 13-A has also been inserted in the Rules, with regard to the maintenance of State-Wide Seniority and the said Rule is yet to be made effective as the same needs to be made operational through Web portal.
