(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the impugned order dated 19.04.2011 to the extent whereby the petitioner had been granted financial up- gradation in a lower Grade than which the applicant claimed himself entitled to. The matter was adjourned sine die after noticing that the Single Bench judgment in CWP-28431-2013 was subject matter of challenge in LPA- 1673-2017 titled as Union of India and others Vs. H.B.L. Meena and others. Counsel for the petitioner has fairly informed that the aforesaid LPA has been decided vide order dated 23.08.2022 and the judgment of the Single Bench dated 31.08.2016 passed in CWP-28431-2013 has been set aside. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 23.08.2022 would be applicable to the facts of the instant case. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed. (VINOD S.
