Case No. 112 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. The petitioner is in custody since 5.4.2025 and he is an absconder in a case of the year 2016. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an absconder in a case of year 2016, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
