Present Petition has been filed for directing respondent No.2, Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune, to decide the proposal dated 17.04.2025 submitted by the Management for grant of approval of the transfer of petitioner from partially aided to aided post. 2. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and submitted that the said proposal is now required to be forwarded to Commissioner, Education, State of Maharashtra. In view of 2025:BHC-AUG:34141-DB wp-14546.25 2 directions of Government orders which came into force in November 2025, he submits that respondent No.2 would forward the said proposal to the said authority within one week. 3. Though the Commissioner, Education, is not a party to this proceeding, yet it could be seen that the proposal is pending since long because of the internal arrangement in the Government. Now, the said proposal would be required to be forwarded to Commissioner, Education. Under such circumstance, we direct the Commissioner, Education, State of Maharashtra, to decide the proposal dated 17.04.2025, which would be forwarded within a week by respondent No.2 to him, to be decided within a period of EIGHT WEEKS thereafter. 4.
