Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned ACSC, informs the Court that petitioner is having possession more than the land of which he is bhumidhar and already proceeding under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated by the petitioner which is pending consideration. 3. From perusal of the instructions, so received, I find that the prayer made in writ petition cannot be granted by this Court as already petitioner has filed an application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending consideration. 4. Writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
