Issue a Writ of Mandamus direct or order the Respondents to develop the 7 kms of road from Hokrana village to Nandi Bijalgaon village Aurad (B) Taluka, Bidar District, vide Annexure-D dated 17.06.2025. b. Pass any such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The petitioner submits that the said stretch of road is currently in a state of disrepair. 3. It is not apposite for this Court to direct development of roads in any particular part of the territory. The said decision is squarely with the respondents and is required to be taken keeping in mind various factors including the funds available with the State and the number of persons affected. Having stated the above, we note that the petitioner's grievance is also regarding conducing the repair of the road that already exists. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, we direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.06.2025 of the petitioner as at Annexure-"D". - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41133-DB WP No. 27754 of 2025 5.
