Present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 20.5.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.6, Gautam Budh Nagar in Sessions Case No.132 of 2024 (State Vs. Narendra alias Kallu) arising out of Case Crime No.412 of 2023 under Sections 413, 414 IPC, Police Station Sector 24, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar whereby the discharge application moved by the revisionist was rejected by the trial court. 2. However, it was fairly conceded before the Court today by the learned counsel for the revisionist that charges in this matter have been framed and now the present revision has become infructuous, therefore, the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 3.
