Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:116784 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 8477 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rashmi Srivastava Respondent :- State Of Up And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sandeep Maniji Bakhshi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. In compliance of earlier order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and placed the same before this Court, which are taken on record, copy whereof is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, in the police recruitment for the cadre of Radio Operator and Head Operator (Mechanic) 2022. Written examination result was declared on 08th March, 2025 and thereafter notification was issued online for the purpose of document verification and physical standard test. Alongwith instructions, notification dated 17th March, 2025 issued by the respondent selection board has also been placed which refers to every intimation to be made online . It also provided that if candidate had any issue in downloading the form the he could approach the board for resolving the same. In the circumstances, when result itself has declared in the month of March, 2025 notification subsequently were issued regarding steps to be taken in the selection process through online, there is no question to believe that petitioner had no notice of declaration of written examination results in PST held in the matter of selection. Admittedly petitioner was aware of this procedure of online publication of results and resultant notices, but now takes the plea before the Court that he had no knowledge of date of PST. It is an averment not only untrustworthy as those who participated were communicated with same made. Petitioner can not be taken as an exception to be accommodated for second opportunity. In the circumstances, petition is held devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 16.7.2025 Sanjeev Digitally signed by :- SANJEEV RANJAN High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
