JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 30-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State . 2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 85 , 115 ( 2 ), 351 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , the marriage of informant was solemnized with co-accused Rahul Kumar on Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57503 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/3 23.11.2024 and thereafter she went to her sasural. After some time of marriage , these petitioners along with other co-accused persons harassed and tortured the informant for the demand dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same , accused persons threatened to kill her and ousted her from her matrimonial house . 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is mother-in law , petitioner No. 2 is father-in law and petitioner No. 3 is Nanad, petitioner No. 4 is married Nanad and petitioner No. 5 is devar of the victim. They are simply victim of over implications. They are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. Specific accusation is against the husband of the victim. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition . 6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57503 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 3/3 Sasaram Rohtas in connection with Mahila P.S.
