This intra Court appeal has been filed in the name of Ms. Sheetal Nanda against the order dated 28.02.2025 whereby the learned Single Judge has observed that the aforesaid act on the part of the respondent/contemnor No. 1 is in blatant violation of order dated 30th May 2016. 2. This appeal in fact has been filed and signed by Mr. Mohammad Aijaz Assad, IAS who is the present Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj, Jammu and Kashmir. This appeal is misconceived only because of the fact that Ms. Sheetal Nanda has not filed the appeal and otherwise also Mr. Mohammad Aijaz Assad who is present Secretary to Government, Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj, Jammu and Kashmir is not a party in the contempt proceedings before the learned writ Court. 3. In view of this, we are not inclined to show any indulgence, however leave the present incumbent free to take appropriate defence before the learned writ Court if he is arrayed as respondent in the contempt petition.
